I was so busy last month and didn't have time to study. BUT! I think I did a good job this month. I want to introduce what and how I studied.

<Medcram (https://www.medcram.com/) >

1)Vaping/E-cigarette

2)Chest X-ray

I think this website is made mostly for students who want to be physicians or doctors rather than nurses. There are so many medical terms that I have never heard, and sometimes I questioned if a nurse should know all about what talked in lectures. Medcram provides free content on youtube. I paid for it because I love to get certification! haha I completed two lectures about Vaping/E-cigarette and chest x-ray this month.

<Youtube>

1)Gout

osmosis/registered nurse RN の動画を両方使って復習。

2)Shingles (osomosis)

3) Heart failure

When I study by using Youtube, I usually pick up videos from both osmosis and Registered nurse RN. Osmosis explains anatomy and physiology, and the Registered Nurse RN explains nursing interventions added to physiology. I think watching two videos makes me understand much well about a subject.

https://my.clevelandclinic.org/departments/heart/patient-education/-/scassets/c56c13f785044db9a9c6a50624b5cc95.ashx

Anemia (WebMD)

https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/understanding-anemia-basics#1

Alpha Blockers for the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia(NCBI)

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2213889/

I also gathered some reading materials from Cleveland clinic Website, WebMD and NCBI. It's good to check out materials written for patients since they are described in an easy way. If you are ready to gain more high-level medical terms then read professional reports!
