I started listening to audiobooks this year. I was not sure if I would enjoy 'listening books', but I am so into it since I could listen in the car or while doing something else like holding clothing. I want to share all the books that I (completely) listened to.
*My Stroke of Insight
This book tells us how one neuroscientist experienced a stroke, lost her ability, and regain them. It got me to think about what kinds of energy I bring into my patients as a medical professional. I also surprised by how resilience our body is. It was also interesting that the author expressed her experience as a sort of blessing, not as suffering.

*The girl with the lower back tattoo (Amy Schumer)

*The motivation myth (Jeff Haden)
I started reading this because I heard so many people talked about motivation. We use the word 'motivation'. But what is really motivation? If I have read by actual book, I would draw lines a lot.
*Atomic Habits (James Clear)

*Maybe you should talk to someone
This book tells us how one therapist went through 'her' therapy sessions while she was the one giving sessions to others. I laughed and cried. I wonder is it okay to reveal this much? However, that makes this book more lively.
*A case of need ( Michael Crichton)
I wanted to try reading novels in English. It's super hard since there are too many vocabularies that I don't know. However, this book is so interesting that I feel like I didn't drive a long time. The author who is famous for writing Jurrasic park was a medical student. Genius.

*The moment of lift (Melinda Gates)
The author is the wife of Bill Gates. I could see her many aspects as female, wife, mother, worker, and advocate or so on.

*The sun and Her Flowers
It was my first time reading a poem in English.
*Milk and Honey
Another book from Rupi Kaur. I thought my English got better a little bit since I got moved by reading poems in English.
